  • 1 cup mayonnaise for creamy texture
  • 1 cup sour cream adds tang and smoothness

  • ½ cup chopped red onion sharp but not overpowering
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder for flavor punch

  • Add macaroni and water to your pressure cooker, seal the lid with that sealing ring in place.
  • Lock the lid, ensure the float valve is down and set your cooker to high pressure for about 4 minutes.
  • When timer dings, don’t rush; let the pressure slowly release naturally for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully turn the valve to release any leftover steam. Open lid once the float valve drops.
  • Drain your pasta well and rinse with cool water. Toss with mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, mustard, diced veggies, parsley, salt, and pepper.
