Cook the pasta in boiling water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Heat a large skillet on medium. Add sausage slices and cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to skillet. Stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Return cooked pasta to skillet. Stir to coat evenly with sauce.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens.
Let skillet stay on low for 2-3 more minutes to heat through. Serve hot.
Notes
Top with additional Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs for garnish. Store leftovers up to 4 days in the fridge or freeze for extended storage.
