- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 4 pieces.
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper diced Red or green.

- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup uncooked pasta Such as penne or rotini.
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes Canned or fresh.
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced onion, garlic, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
