Rich and savory, this Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta combines tender chicken, perfectly cooked fettuccine, and a spicy Cajun-infused three-cheese cream sauce for the ultimate comfort dinner experience.

2lbsboneless, skinless chicken breasts

Season chicken breasts with half the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and pepper.
Heat skillet or pressure cooker on sauté. Add 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil. Sear chicken on medium heat, 6–8 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken and let rest before slicing.
Add remaining butter and garlic to pan. Sauté until fragrant, around 1 minute.
Stir in tomato paste and remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 minute to enhance flavor.
Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes to reduce slightly.
Lower heat. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix gently until smooth and creamy.
Add sliced chicken and cooked fettuccine. Toss everything together. Finish with parsley and lemon juice. Serve hot.
Notes
For an easier version, use rotisserie chicken and even garlic powder. Great with penne, rigatoni or any of your favorite pasta shapes.
