  • 1 pound Fresh broccoli chopped, stems removed
  • ½ cup Red onion diced
  • ½ pound Bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
