Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken can use rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked lasagna noodles about 9 noodles
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste none salt
  • to taste none pepper
  • optional none fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the bottom.
  • Layer three lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture.
  • Add half of the remaining chicken mixture, followed by half of the bacon, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers: add three more lasagna noodles, the remaining chicken mixture, the rest of the bacon, and top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Allow the lasagna to cool for a few minutes before cutting into portions. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

This recipe can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking. Just cover tightly with foil.
