  • 2 Carrots diced up
  • 2 stalks Celery diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 cups Chicken broth that gives your soup that deep, rich base
  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken to keep it hearty
  • 1 cup Egg noodles noodles just make soup better
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme for herby goodness
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Heat the olive oil in your pressure cooker’s pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until they soften and become fragrant, about five minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir for about a minute.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Add shredded chicken, egg noodles, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Seal the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Perform a natural release before opening the lid and stirring.
