Heat half the olive oil in your pressure cooker pot over medium heat till shimmering. Toss in the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Stir occasionally until softened, about 7–10 minutes.
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly darkened.
Add chopped seasonal veggies and minced garlic. Stir for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle in oregano and thyme. Mix thoroughly.
Pour in diced tomatoes with juice. Stir to combine.
Add broth and water. Lock lid and sealing ring. Set to high pressure and cook for 8 minutes.
Quick release pressure carefully once complete. Open lid and stir in pasta and beans.
Close lid again and do a slow release while pasta cooks, about 5–7 minutes.
Once pressure is released fully, remove lid and season with salt, pepper, and remaining olive oil.
Stir in lemon juice for brightness.
Optionally top with grated Parmesan when serving.
