Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup diced pineapple Drain if using canned.
  • 1 cup diced strawberries Use fresh or frozen thawed.
  • ½ cup chopped nuts e.g., pecans or walnuts.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • red and green sprinkles Optional, for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar.
  • Using a whisk or an electric mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  • In another bowl, mix together the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the sour cream mixture until well combined.
  • Add the mini marshmallows, diced pineapple, diced strawberries, and chopped nuts to the bowl. Fold carefully to combine all ingredients without deflating the whipped cream.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual cups.
  • If desired, top with red and green sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

This recipe is quite versatile; you can add other fruits like cherries or grapes according to your preference.
You can substitute sour cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
