Instructions
Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a pressure cooker with a trivet and about a cup of water to steam the balls for 5 minutes.
Quick-release steam, remove balls, and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
