  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 1 Pressure cooker
  • 1 Tablespoon for scooping dough

  • 1 ½ cups Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup Natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 scoops Chocolate protein powder around 50-60 grams
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls.
  • Place balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Use a pressure cooker with a trivet and about a cup of water to steam the balls for 5 minutes.
  • Quick-release steam, remove balls, and allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Store protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
