  • 12 oz Chicken breast skinless and boneless, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for grilling
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Olive oil for marinade
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Lemon juice fresh
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley leaves chopped

  • Cut your chicken breast into small cubes and place them in a bowl.
  • Add 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, garlic, and salt. Mix until coated.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, spacing evenly.
  • Grill for 10–12 minutes, rotating to char each side then remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, soak wooden skewers in water before grilling. Store leftovers refrigerated for 3-4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
