This chicken caesar pasta salad is a fun twist on a classic caesar salad. Made with pasta, shredded chicken, lettuce, parmesan cheese, and a homemade healthy caesar dressing. Perfect for an easy meal or for summer cookouts.

Boil or pressure cook the pasta as per package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside to cool a bit. You don’t want it hot when you toss with the lettuce.
Use cooked shredded chicken. If you wanna pressure cook the chicken, do a tender pull test after cooking, whether by steam or manual quick release.
In a big bowl, stir together pasta, shredded chicken, chopped romaine, and shredded parmesan.
Pour Caesar dressing over everything and drizzle lemon juice. Toss everything well till salad’s coated evenly.
Add salt and pepper to your liking. Taste as you go; it’s easy to adjust.
You can serve immediately for a fresh crunch or refrigerate 1-2 hours to let flavors meld. Both ways work heck good.
