Instructions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bread rolls and scoop out the insides carefully to make bowls. Set them aside so they’re ready for filling.
Cook your fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and keep it warm so it doesn't stick.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 cloves minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute till fragrant.
Add heavy cream, softened cream cheese, and ¾ cup Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
Add cooked chicken and pasta into the sauce, mix, then remove from heat.
In another pan, melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter. Add remaining 3 cloves garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook 1-2 minutes.
Brush insides and edges of bread bowls with this garlic butter mixture.
Spoon chicken Alfredo mixture into each bread bowl and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
Place bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and bread is golden crisp.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Brush bread bowls with garlic butter ahead of time and wrap to bake later. Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream to restore creaminess.
