  • 3 large potatoes
  • olive oil for potatoes
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Nacho cheese
  • 5 Burrito size flour tortillas
  • Taco sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and wash, chop your potatoes into fries. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium and brown ground beef, breaking it up. Drain fat, then add salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika.
  • Pour in half cup of water, mix in minced garlic, simmer everything for 5-10 minutes.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft.
  • Grab each tortilla, scoop beef mixture, add nacho cheese, roll tight. Serve with crispy potato wedges.
