Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg, caramel extract, and vanilla extract until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually add dry mix into wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips, chopped Rolos, and Butterfinger candies.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for 3-4 days at room temp. Freeze for longer storage. Microwave briefly to revive gooey texture.
