Lightly spray your 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir well. Add chocolate chips if desired.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Pour 1 to 1 ½ cups of water into the bottom of your pressure cooker.
Place a trivet inside the cooker. Put the baking dish on top. Seal the lid securely.
Cook at high pressure for 20 minutes. Quick release when done. Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
Adjust baking time for desired brownie softness. Add nuts or berries for extra flavor.
