Caesar Salad Deviled Eggs: Pressure Cooker Perfection

All the delicious flavors of a Caesar salad, but in a deviled egg! A great way to remix an old classic for a low carb option at your next cookout.

  • 6 large pastured eggs hard boiled and peeled
  • cup creamy Caesar dressing favorite brand
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • Cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 romaine lettuce leaf shredded fine

  • Place six large eggs on the trivet or steamer basket inside your cooker.
  • Add a cup of water into the bottom of the cooker. Lock the lid with the sealing ring in place and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure carefully. Once fully released, open the lid carefully.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice water bath to cool quickly.
  • Scoop out yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork.
  • Add Caesar dressing, half of the Parmesan and half the shredded lettuce to mashed yolks and stir well. Pipe mixture back into egg whites. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, lettuce, and crack some black pepper over all.

Notes

Serve chilled or right away for best flavor.
