  • Lightly coat the pressure cooker pot with olive oil if it seems dry. Place the chicken tenders in a single layer inside.
  • Pour the pineapple mixture over the chicken evenly.
  • Lock the lid, set valve to seal, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Quick release the pressure carefully once cooking is done.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions or cilantro, and serve with lime wedges and rice or veggies.
