Chop your broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
Dice the red onion. Soak in ice water for 10 minutes if it’s too strong.
Mix mayo, red wine vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, dried dill, sea salt, and pepper in a bowl until it’s well combined.
Pour your chopped veggies and onion into the bowl with the dressing. Stir gently to coat them evenly.
Cook the bacon until crispy, crumble, and sprinkle over the salad. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
