  • 2 Scallions diced
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise mixed with sour cream
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • pinch Coarse salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper to taste
