  • Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into a 12x9 inch baking dish to form an even crust.
  • Bake the crust in the oven until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and drain the excess grease.
  • Beat the eggs in a large bowl with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the baked crust.
  • Scatter the cooked sausage over the eggs.
  • Top everything with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake again until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use pre-cooked sausage to save time. Press crescent rolls directly in a pressure cooker-safe pan to reduce dishes. Reheat leftovers in a skillet for crisp crust or microwave for convenience.
