Instructions
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as you go. Drain the fat once fully cooked.
Add half the diced onion to the skillet with the beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir it all together well.
Mix in mayo, diced dill pickles, mustard, and ketchup. Let it cook with the beef mix for 5 more minutes to blend flavors.
While the beef simmers, warm tortillas in a pan or microwave until flexible and soft.
Lay the warm tortillas flat and scoop a generous amount of beef mixture on each.
Sprinkle shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and cheddar over the beef filling.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them tightly into wraps.
Serve right away while everything’s warm and melty. You’ll love the combo of flavors and textures.
Notes
This recipe can be easily adjusted for turkey or chicken. Be sure to keep your tortillas warm and flexible for easy wrapping.
