drained and rinsed

honey BBQ sauce

diced red bell pepper

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced red bell pepper and red onion. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened and smellin’ real good.
Stir in the pinto beans and cook for another 2 minutes to warm those up.
Add shredded chicken and honey BBQ sauce. Mix well and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes total.
Microwave BEN'S ORIGINAL™ Ready Rice™ according to package instructions.
Stir the rice into the skillet mixture, fold everything evenly so each bite packs flavor.
Season with salt and pepper, taste and tweak till it feels just right.
Serve hot, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy that comforting aroma.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a splash of broth to keep it moist. Freezes well too!
