  • 500 g Lean ground beef
  • 4 cups Finely cubed potatoes
  • 1 Red pepper diced small
  • 3 Shallots finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons Summer savory or thyme
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Roughly chopped cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Finely sliced red onion

  • Heat the vegetable oil in your pressure cooker pot over medium heat.
  • Add the shallots and jalapeno pepper, sauté until soft.
  • Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, and brown while breaking it up.
  • Stir in potatoes and red pepper, then add your spices: summer savory, thyme, salt, cumin, and black pepper.
  • Cover with the lid, set the float valve, and cook on medium for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Release pressure, open, and top with crumbled feta and cilantro. Serve warm.
