  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce to slather over the shredded chicken
  • 6 oz Cheddar Cheese or any cheese of choice
  • ½ cup Pickles add that zingy crunch
  • 5 Joseph's Lavash Bread or any flatbread
  • 12 oz Coleslaw Mix brings crisp freshness
  • ¾ cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt keeps the slaw creamy but light
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse Dijon Mustard
  • pinch Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Add your BBQ sauce to that shredded chicken and mix.
  • In another bowl, mix your coleslaw by combining coleslaw mix, yogurt, honey, vinegar, and mustard.
  • Lay out your lavash or flatbread on a clean surface.
  • Spread a thick layer of the slaw mixture over each piece of bread.
  • Pile on the BBQ chicken, sprinkle cheese, and add pickles.
  • Wrap it all tight, cut in half, and you’re ready to eat!
