Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 200 Celsius. This sets the perfect heat for getting flatbreads crispy and cheese bubbly.
Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a skillet on medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and cook ‘em until they smell so fragrant you wanna dig in right away.
Put the chicken breasts in that skillet. Season chicken with dried oregano, tarragon, and salt. Let ‘em cook till done with no pink inside, around 15 to 20 minutes. You gotta watch how the broth depth keeps flavors moist here.
Take chicken off stove and shred it with two forks. This part feels good when meat is tender and shreds easy.
Mix shredded chicken with ½ cup BBQ sauce till coated. Lay your flatbreads on a baking sheet and spread that chicken mix on each flatbread nice and even.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chopped red bell pepper over the top. Slide it into the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. You wait till cheese melts and bubbles then slice and serve it warm. Y’all done!
