  • 2 lbs Salmon Filet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Mayo for coating salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup Mayo for sauce
  • ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic grated or minced

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut salmon filet into bite-sized pieces.
  • Toss salmon in a bowl with 2 tablespoon mayo, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, garlic paste, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  • Spread salmon on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15–18 minutes.
  • While salmon bakes, make bang bang sauce: mix ¾ cup mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until creamy.
  • Let salmon cool slightly, then toss gently in sauce or drizzle on top.
  • Serve immediately while warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

To save time, prep sauce in advance and use pre-minced garlic. These bites are great for meal prep and reheat well in oven or air fryer.
