Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut salmon filet into bite-sized pieces.
Toss salmon in a bowl with 2 tablespoon mayo, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, garlic paste, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
Spread salmon on baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15–18 minutes.
While salmon bakes, make bang bang sauce: mix ¾ cup mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until creamy.
Let salmon cool slightly, then toss gently in sauce or drizzle on top.
Serve immediately while warm with your favorite sides.

To save time, prep sauce in advance and use pre-minced garlic. These bites are great for meal prep and reheat well in oven or air fryer.
