  • 2 lbs Salmon Filet cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Mayo for seasoning salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder for savory flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup Mayo for bang bang sauce
  • ½ cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha for extra heat
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic grated or minced

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the salmon filet into bite-sized pieces and toss them gently in a large bowl.
  • Mix together 2 tablespoon mayo, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, garlic paste, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create your seasoning mix.
  • Pour the seasoning over the salmon bites and toss until all pieces are coated evenly.
  • Arrange the bites in a single layer on your baking sheet so they cook evenly.
  • Bake the salmon bites for 12 to 15 minutes or until they flake easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon is cooking, whisk together ¾ cup mayo, Thai sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make your bang bang sauce.
  • Once salmon is done, let it cool slightly and then drizzle or toss with bang bang sauce before serving.

Notes

Prep the salmon bites and seasoning the night before for quicker meals. Store in fridge up to 3 days or freeze in portions. Keep sauce and salmon separate for better texture.
