Start preheating your oven to 375°F. Get that ready while you handle the prep.
Cook your pasta like every package says. Get it al dente, drain it, and set aside.
Heat up a large skillet. Drop your olive oil and butter in there and let it melt over medium heat.
Add in the shallot and garlic. Sauté till translucent and aromatic, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in crushed red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir to mix.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to reduce.
Toss pasta and shrimp into skillet, stirring to coat with sauce.
Transfer to a baking dish and cover with foil to keep moist.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
