Instructions
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice your french bread loaf lengthwise, lay it cut-side up on a baking sheet.
Mix the butter with parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread over the bread’s cut sides.
Layer deli ham, pepperoni, salami, and provolone cheese on one half of the bread loaf.
Top the meats with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pepperoncini peppers.
Close the sandwich by placing the other bread half on top.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden browned and cheese is melted.
While baking, make salad dressing by mixing mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Once done, add the grinder salad on top of the provolone and top with the other bread half. Cut and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best taste and crunch. Store leftovers tightly wrapped to maintain freshness.
