Preheat your oven as the brownie mix box says.
Prepare the brownie mix per box instructions. Don't forget to stir in ¼ cup Baileys Irish Cream.
Fold semi-sweet chocolate chips into the batter gently.
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan that fits your pressure cooker.
Heat heavy cream and remaining ⅓ cup Baileys in a small pan till it starts to simmer. Stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
Drizzle the chocolate swirl over the brownie batter and use a knife to make swirls.
Place the pan in the pressure cooker, seal the lid, and cook while letting the pressure build. Allow natural release.
After complete release, check brownies with a toothpick before slicing.
Notes
Serve brownies warm or at room temperature. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
