Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This step’s crucial so the crust gets that nice golden touch.
Grab a skillet and cook the bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy. Drain on paper towels so it’s not soggy.
Using the same skillet, toss in your chopped onion. Cook it till soft, around 5 minutes, letting the aroma fill your kitchen.
Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spatula while it browns up real good. This is where your pressure cooker skills will kick in later.
Stir in the bacon pieces, Panko bread crumbs, yellow mustard, barbecue sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix this all up until it’s one tasty mess.
Roll out the pie crust and fit it into your pie dish. Remember to press it gently on the edges so it holds everything right.
Fill that crust with your beef and bacon mixture, spreading it nice and even. You can’t rush this step, gotta get it just right.
Bake in that preheated oven for 30 minutes, till the crust is golden brown. Let it cool a few minutes before slicing. Serving it too hot can burn your mouth, trust me on that one.
Notes
Serve warm with a side of your favorite pickles or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
