In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Whisk together until well blended.
In a separate bowl, mix the heated milk, melted butter, and eggs. Stir until combined.
Gradually add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough back in the mixing bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
Once risen, punch down the dough to release the air. Divide it into 12 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
Place the dough balls on a greased baking sheet, keeping them slightly apart. Cover again with the kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
After the second rise, bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and brush the tops with melted butter while they are still warm. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool slightly before serving.
