Mix ground beef with crushed saltines and spices in a big bowl. Add milk and season with salt and pepper. Combine until just mixed.
Shape the mixture into patties. Dredge each patty lightly in flour.
Heat a skillet over medium. Brown patties on each side for about 5 to 7 minutes. Set patties aside.
Add broth or water to the skillet and scrape up browned bits. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Simmer until thickened.
Transfer browned patties to a pressure cooker. Pour the gravy over them.
Seal the pressure cooker lid. Cook on high pressure for about 10 minutes. Use natural release for 10 minutes.
Open, serve, and enjoy.
Notes
For best flavor, serve with mashed potatoes and green beans. Garnish with parsley.
