low sodium tamari or soy sauce

Instructions
Toss chicken with tamari in a bowl to marinate for 15 minutes.
Add cornstarch and breadcrumbs to chicken and mix until evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Add chicken in a single layer.
Cook chicken for 10-14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Heat oil in saucepan, sauté garlic and ginger until golden.
Add juice, zest, honey, tamari, vinegar, sriracha. Simmer.
Whisk cornstarch with water, mix into sauce to thicken, then cool.
Toss cooked chicken with sauce and serve hot.
Notes
Use gluten free alternatives for a totally gluten free dish. Reheat in an air fryer or stovetop for best texture. Sauce can be made ahead.
