  • 8 ounces baby bella cremini mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Toss the sliced mushrooms in a large bowl with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt. Coat evenly.
  • Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Work in batches if needed.
  • Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Remove and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or rosemary if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for about 5 minutes. Mushrooms can also be frozen and reheated directly from frozen.
