Main ingredients

  • 6 large eggs fresh ones you can boil and peel easily
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise creaminess without heaviness
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened to blend smooth
  • 2 fresh jalapeños minced fine for that spicy kick
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped, for freshness
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder subtle depth
  • ½ teaspoon paprika warm, smoky hint
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Instructions

  • Boil the eggs in your pressure cooker for about 10 minutes. Just set them in with water and lock the lid, seal the valve.
  • Once the pressure build finishes, switch off the heat and let it do a natural release for a few minutes before opening the lid.
  • Cool the eggs under cold water, then peel them gently.
  • Cut each egg in half, scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl, and keep the whites ready for filling back up.
  • Mash the yolks up with the mayo and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the minced jalapeños, cilantro, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg whites. Garnish with cilantro or jalapeño slices for an extra festive look.

Serve these spicy and creamy eggs as a delightful appetizer for any festive occasion.
