Strawberry Milk is pretty global, right? Like we all grew up with it (I’m talking to Millenials here). But we all had it premade….which. Yeah. That’s ok. But have you ever made it with actual strawberries? I made a smooth version a year or so ago. But this Korean Strawberry Milk is simpler and so delicious. I have seen it several times online and wanted to try it.

While you can totally do this with fresh strawberries, I wanted to show how easy and cheap it was to use frozen. As a lot of us don’t have the budget for fresh produce all the time and have to pick and choose what we do get fresh.
Korean Strawberry Milk Made Quick & Vegan
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries (pieces are best)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Milk of Choice
Instructions
- Add sugar to a saucepan on Med. heat
- Add Strawberries
- Cook till strawberries are mushy and cooked with a nice amount of strawberry syrup
- Take off the heat and let cool for 30 mins or longer
- You can now store it in a jar or add it into your milk right away
A few notes on this recipe:
- I use soy milk, but coconut would be delicious (or any other non-dairy milk as well)
- You can easily double, triple etc. this recipe so you have it readily available. Just keep it in an airtight jar.
